All
of our prices are in U.S. dollars and we accept payment
via: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
BUY ON-LINE - We use GoEmerchant, a credit card gateway,
to enable you to safely and securely use your credit
card. If you choose to pay by a secure server using
your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
you will be prompted to enter your credit card number.
We never store credit card information in our database
or on our server. This is done by GoEmerchant whose
entire business is a secure SSL encrypted credit card
processing. We, and or the administrator, have no access
to your credit card numbers on our web server. We do
not sell or otherwise provide any information in our
database to third parties.
Shipping
International
orders are not accepted at this time. Our shipping
methods and costs vary according to an order's shipping
address and weight. Domestic (US) orders, and delivery
can be expected in 1-5 days from the shipping date.
*PLEASE NOTE: "Shipping date" is NOT to be
confused with the date an order is placed. When an
order is placed, it must be processed before it can
be shipped. This order processing takes between 1 and
3 days for most orders. Only when the order is fully
processed does it ship from our warehouse. The shipping
date is the date on which the completed order is SHIPPED
from our warehouse, and NOT the date the order is placed.
We also offer DHL Express delivery to addresses in
the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii (express shipping
is NOT available to U.S. territories and protectorates
or to APO/FPO/PO box addresses).

All orders are shipped from our southern California warehouse during
regular business hours, 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.

We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business day’s after receiving
and verifying your order and payment information. Generally, this means
your order is packed and shipped to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends)
after we receive your order. Delays can occur if we need to investigate
mistakes made during the Checkout Process or any other irregularity.
To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the
accuracy of the information you enter during our on-line Checkout process
before submitting your order. If you have any questions, feel free to

Dopamine
has partnered with a few select carriers to minimize
shipping rates and best serve you. Shipping rates vary
depending on the shipping method selected and whether
your order includes oversized items, such as snowboards,
snowboard boots or certain board and travel bags.
Current
shipping charges for U.S. orders and corresponding
delivery time estimates are set forth below.
Please
keep in mind that all delivery estimates are just that,
estimates. Because actual delivery times are subject
to various factors beyond our control, such as adverse
weather conditions and other carrier delays, Dopamine
cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the
estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you
need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing
a shipping method that provides at least a 2 business
day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery
problems. If you are still undecided about which shipping

ALL DELIVERY ESTIMATES BEGIN ON THE DAY YOUR ORDER

Canceling
Orders
You may cancel or revise your order — if we are contacted before
your order has been processed. To request a cancellation on an unshipped
order: Call our Customer Service Center at 1.866.912.DOPA. We recommend
calling because your window of opportunity for canceling — which
must be done before shipment — can sometimes be very short. Contact
Customer Service Center and fill out an e-mail form. You will receive
an e-mail confirmation after your order has been canceled. Items sold
as a set may be canceled only as a complete set. Once your order has
been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Your option then
is to request a Return Authorization from Customer Service and initiate
a return.

If you are requesting a replacement item, a Dopamine clothing Service
Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate
the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later,
letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement
item. We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its
original product box with its original packing materials. We also
require you to include all components, manuals and accessories. Any
incomplete items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition,
please include the "Return Information" section inside
the shipping box. For your protection, we encourage you to send your
return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping
if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us, or a
damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping
for any other reason. CODs will not be accepted. Note that we pay
only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by
our customer service center. Note: We don't issue Return Authorizations
or refunds for individual items that are part of a set unless you
are returning the item because of a shipping mistake by us because
the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within
two business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used
to make your original purchase or by check if you purchased your
items by check. Please note that the credit card credits might not
appear for up to 45 days,
